Communicator IV (C4) – Skills

Listed below are the various levels building up to a Communicator IV credential.  The skills are all additive from each level to the next. We show this as an easy progression in building your skills.

Saratoga Basic Kit – Able to check into K6SA weekly net (no deployment)

Saratoga Intermediate Kit – Able to participate in nets/drills. Able to deploy locally

        • Able to send Mike-Mike reports
        • Able to be activated by Saratoga

Saratoga Journeyman Kit- Able to participate in nets/drills and support in EOC
